Ninogame Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Ninogame website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not register or use the platform.

Ninogame reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised terms.

The Ninogame platform is intended exclusively for players based in the Philippines. To register and play, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a resident of, or physically located in, the Philippines
• Be opening an account in your own name and for your own personal use
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler using the platform to arbitrage or exploit promotions

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Ninogame. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for account closure.

• One account per player, per household, per device
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and not sharing your login credentials
• Ninogame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your account

Account verification (KYC) will be required before withdrawals can be processed. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. Ninogame may also request verification at other points, such as when a large deposit is made.

All transactions on Ninogame are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods that are commonly used by players in the Philippines, including Philippine online and mobile banking, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The specific methods available to you will be displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method selected
• Ninogame reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal

Any deposit made in error should be reported to the support team as soon as possible. Ninogame will not be held responsible for funds deposited to an incorrect account due to player error.

Ninogame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and applicable games. Those specific terms will be published alongside each offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be kept in separate bonus wallets; withdrawal of real funds before meeting wagering conditions may forfeit the bonus
• Ninogame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion offer at any time
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings

Game outcomes on Ninogame are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino tables, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained dealers on live stream. All results are final once a round is complete.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or disconnection during a game round, Ninogame's records will be used to determine the outcome
• Ninogame reserves the right to void bets placed on a game that was affected by a verified technical error
• Using automated software, bots, or any system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players, match-fixing in sports betting, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account closure

For sports betting, odds are set and may change up until the start of the event. Once a bet is accepted at a given price, that price is locked in. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is submitted.

Ninogame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit platform promotions
• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If the account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the self-exclusion process described in the next section.

Ninogame is committed to supporting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit

• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform without permanently closing your account

• Ninogame is not liable for losses arising from system downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside of our reasonable control
• Ninogame is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules before placing a bet
• Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction before participating
• Ninogame does not guarantee any specific return to player (RTP) or outcome for any session
